My name is Daniela Muntyan, and I'm a Product Designer at Figma.
I recently joined the Dev Mode team and am excited to be part of it. I moved to London two years ago.


Originally from Ukraine, I studied arts and design and began my career as a graphic designer before transitioning to product design. I've been dedicated to building design tools for the past six years.

Before Figma, I worked at Craft Docs, where I contributed to the design of Craft 3, focusing on the Styling feature. I also led the design of Presentation Mode, Cross-Platform Widgets, and Image Handling.


I'm passionate about design tools and side projects. I created Token Master, a Figma plugin for managing design tokens and dark mode, and Mia Calendar, a FigJam widget calendar.


I'm also the co-creator of Scribe, an AI-powered voice memo app for effortlessly capturing and organizing thoughts.

Led the Styling project for Craft 3, driving innovative design interactions. Designed Presentation Mode, Cross-Platform Widgets, and Image Handling. Refined Craft’s visual identity and led the Cover Editor project. Worked on implementing Image Playground and Writing Tools, featured at WWDC 2024.

Founding Designer at Spellar AI

Built the brand identity and design system for the macOS app. Led integrations with Craft, Linear, Notion, and Miro, implemented a monetization strategy, and introduced real-time copiloting to enhance meeting assistance.

Senior Product Designer, Design System at Ucraft

Built a design system for Ucraft Next, optimized the mobile experience for different regions, developed a booking management system, and designed an AI logo generator, transforming how users create and customize logos.

Scaled the Design team, drove 60% adoption of the Modulor design system, automated review processes, and launched Token Master, a Top 5 Product Hunt plugin.
